Recurring memberships

Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled through Whop. Access ordinarily continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current period.

Digital software access

Delivered or used digital access is generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, and purchased access that was not delivered may be reviewed.

Consumer rights and platform rules

Mandatory consumer rights and applicable Whop policies continue to apply even where this policy states that access is generally non-refundable.

Refunds and payment reversals

Where permitted by applicable law and platform rules, refunds, payment disputes, chargebacks, or other reversals may result in the associated Tachyon membership and activation entitlement being suspended or terminated.
