Software access

A Tachyon membership provides a personal, limited, revocable right to access and use Tachyon during the applicable membership period. License keys, credentials, or other access rights may not be resold, transferred, or shared except where Tachyon expressly permits it.

Billing and renewals

Recurring memberships renew automatically according to the billing period selected at checkout until cancelled. Billing and payment processing may be provided by Whop and its payment partners. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund an already-paid period.

Third-party services

Tachyon is independent of Pokémon Center, Target, Walmart, Amazon, proxy providers, payment processors, and other third parties. Compatibility, inventory, order acceptance, account decisions, availability, and third-party changes are outside Tachyon's control.

No guaranteed outcomes

Membership purchases software access only. Product availability, successful purchases, order acceptance, account standing or longevity, resale opportunities, and profits are not guaranteed.

Suspension or termination

Where permitted by applicable law and platform rules, fraud, abusive use, unauthorized credential sharing, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals may result in suspension or termination of the associated Tachyon entitlement.

Founders Lifetime

Founders Lifetime refers to Tachyon's commercially supported lifetime and does not promise permanent availability of every current retailer, integration, feature, operating-system version, or third-party service.
